A child rapist who had been sentenced to life in prison was moved to his new cell to start serving his time. Unfortunately for him, he soon found out that he was living alone with one of his kid victims’ elder brother.
Judge Michael Evans of Cowlitz Superior Court sentenced 70-year-old Robert Munger to at least 43 years in prison after describing the case as a “sick” and “depraved scene.”
It took two years and four trials before Munger was found guilty of raping and assaulting multiple youngsters, according to The Spokesman-Review.
Munger’s child victims and their legal team agreed that there is “no sentence that is sufficient,” despite the fact that he was already elderly and had grown weak during his incarceration.
Thus it was not anticipated that he would live out his life sentence. As luck would have it, the children are no longer concerned about their abuser passing away peacefully.
