Convicted Child Abuser Responsible for Nearly 200 Cases Dies in Prison

After being convicted of harming at least 191 children, a man who kept a disturbing record of his victims lost his life in prison after inmates reportedly learned of his crimes.

Richard Huckle, 33, became known as one of Britain’s most notorious child abusers after admitting to targeting nearly 200 children.

He kept detailed notes of his actions and was ultimately sentenced to multiple life terms. However, his time behind bars came to a sudden and violent end at the hands of another inmate.

Over a period of nine years, Huckle, a UK citizen, posed as a Christian English teacher in underprivileged communities in Malaysia and Cambodia.

In reality, he was using his photography work and teaching role to gain access to vulnerable children, whom he then manipulated and harmed.
