The barista fervently explains in the video:

“On the weekends, they have me scheduled from opening to closing for eight and a half hours on both Saturday and Sunday.
“I’ve been on duty for three and a half hours. We have four employees on the floor all day, and there are a lot of customers.
“Only five people were put on schedule and somebody had to call out.”
They continued by saying that the managers “don’t care about us” and “don’t want to help us,” asserting that their manager had withdrawn from the shift.
After accusing the patrons of being impolite and misgendering them, the barista concluded by saying:
“People become upset with me for taking too many sick days, and I don’t receive accommodations because I’m neurodivergent.
“I don’t even know what to do anymore, I’m at my wits end with this job.”
