Allison Murphy’s actions have no excuse, and she is very fortunate that law enforcement cannot retaliate in kind. Many others would have loved.
To treat her the same way she treated this helpless puppy, I’m sure. For keeping their cool and not throwing this lady over the fence, these police officers deserve a medal.
