Following a stinging statement from the newly elected prime minister, Donald Trump addresses being a “big issue” for Canadians.

He continued: “Many of them are really angry, furious, about your talk about we’re going to take over Canada and it’s going to become the 51st state.” The nonchalant response from Trump was,

“That’s their prerogative.” Moran went on to suggest that the US has suffered “repetitional damage,” which has impacted the nation’s tourist industry.Trump emphasized,

“The country’s doing great,” “Prices are down, gasoline’s down, energy is down, tourism is going to be way up when you see the numbers.”

Trump doubling back on America ‘doing extremely well’ as Moran reiterated that tourism had really suffered.

Both Trump and Moran finished the conversation on a negative tone when Trump called ABC News “one of the worst.”
