Andrew Anthony, his father, was questioned by prosecutors about why the $1 million bond could not be paid with the more than $400k that was raised for his defense.
Anthony said he couldn’t afford the $1 million bail and didn’t have access to the donated monies. Additionally, his legal team contended that the funds were for his defense rather than bail.
Hunter, the victim’s twin brother, raced to his aid during the event, but he was tragically lost.
“I tried to whip around as fast as I could,” Hunter told WFAA, “and I’m not going to talk about the rest after I looked at my brother.” I made an effort to assist him.
Hunter disclosed that the altercation lasted barely a few seconds and that neither of the brothers had previously met Anthony.
