To “sexually oriented businesses” like strip clubs and sex shops. Did you intend to buy some home comforts with your hard-earned money? Apparently not around here.

According to certain media sites, this has given Republicans and Donald Trump the confidence to “wage war” on masturbation and people’s personal lives.

Experts in sexual health have already voiced their opinions over the new legislation. A sex educator and certified clinical social worker discussed the harmful message this measure was sending to the American people.

“Requiring identification to buy a sex toy sends the message that pleasure is something to be policed and surveilled,” Dr. Shamyra Howard told the Dallas Observer.

It transforms a private, healthy act into something humiliating and pathologizes something that is perfectly natural.
